Our mission as a property management/construction company
is to provide our clients with professional property management services
while maintaining the integrity of the property and generating a
profit for each investment property owner.
Services Provided
Maintenance:
With 30 years of experience our maintenance staff is able to evaluate, diagnose and repair a wide variety of maintenance issues. From leaking faucets/toilets to minor electrical to structural/appliance repairs. This service is provided to you at a discounted hourly rate (compared to outside contractors) allowing you to save on the costs of repairs. We also have our own painting/cleaning team ensuring turn-over time between tenants is minimal, again keeping owner’s costs down.
Leasing/Vacancies:
Our experienced Leasing Agent, Susan is committed to leasing vacant units promptly to qualified applicants. She is available to meet and show units to prospective tenants, informing them of all terms and conditions as well as tenant responsibilities. With many avenues to advertise vacancies as well as the extensive waiting list she has compiled we are able to keep the vacancies to a minimum.
Office Staff/Bookkeeping:
The exceptional office staff is able to process all rents, security deposits, fees etc. in a timely manner. We offer accounts payable/receivable services to the owner to alleviate the stresses of investment property ownership. We provide a monthly accounting of all monies received and paid out to other accounts, as well as a year-end statement for your records and accounting purposes. The office staff also fields any maintenance/tenant issues and works quickly to resolve any challenges. In addition, the office staff is responsible for keeping in compliance with all property management rules and regulations set forth by the State of Oregon.
